The leader doesnt think of his people anymore and instead tries to outsmart more powerful. In the play, Julius Caesar, by William Shakespeare four main characters beat out for power over Rome. Brutus, genius of these four characters, proves that he is the nobles Roman. Brutus is the hooter out leader for Rome because he is untrue, cold, and a strategic thinker.
